All of our attorneys recognize the importance of helping our clients choose the best, most financially prudent path to dispute resolution. Mediation brings parties together for resolution with the assistance of a third party, or mediator. If the parties are serious, and come to mediation in good faith, a resolution of the existing dispute often results from this effort. Participation in arbitration can, in some circumstances, produce results without the personal and financial cost of litigation. While at times litigation is the preferred course, for many, choosing to participate in mediation or arbitration is preferable.
